That Was a Decision, Really?
If you make a decision but nobody knows you made the decision, does it still count? This is the ‘decision making’ version of “If a tree falls in the woods and nobody hears it, does it still make a sound?” I am not talking about personal decisions about your own private matters, I am talking about decisions we make when leading teams. Does your team know when you are making a decision?
